Evaluate your needs and ensure that a 10-inch device won't be too large. An 8-inch screen is nice, but your price range allows you to go for something that's 10 inches. When it comes to manga, bigger may be better. E-Ink colour is relatively new technology and isn't that great yet (colours are washed out, maximum of 4096 different colours, 100 ppi IIRC). If you intend to read a lot of content with colour, you're better off with a traditional tablet with a traditional screen (which kind of defeats the purpose).
